Excellent customer service! Got an appt at the earliest time for my fridge that seemed to be dying. The wonderful service technician told me it needed a new fan and that it would probably die very shortly. The important thing to note is that we were leaving the next morning for a trip and needed it fixed immediately. Upon hearing that fact the tech found the part, drove across town in traffic and back and fixed it before dinner! Amazing! We couldn't have hoped for a better outcome.

They scheduled a call that day. 15 minutes before the tech came I got a courtesy call that he was on his way. When he got here he quickly diagnosed the problem I had with my refrigerator. He also told me how I could do it myself if I wanted to. That was key for me. The estimate he gave me for the part I needed was also very close to what I found on line aftermarket - so no ripoff there. I paid the $60.00 service fee and felt good about it. Very highly recommend this company.
